Ingredients

bag of clean and cut radishes
washed and quartered

Tbsp
extra virgin coconut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Warm coconut oil in large frying pan on medium to high heat.
Once oil becomes liquid, add radishes.
Toss radishes often and saute for about 15 minutes until the white of the radish becomes slightly golden.
Notes
Careful to not overcook or they will burn. Toss often!
