About Me

I’m Audrey Fleck and I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist specializing in integrative and functional nutrition for women.
Starting in my teens, I always had hope that one day, I would get better. I was on a hormonal roller coaster called PMDD that no one really knew about or could help me with.
Intuitively, this is why I think I became so impassioned about nutrition and entered the field. I can relate to what an internal struggle feels like and have always been driven to help other people who have felt similarly.
In my twenties, I had my own realization that mainstream medicine wasn’t ever going to truly help me. Once I finally had the courage to get professional help (a therapist & my OB-GYN), the only solution served was medication. That didn’t jive for me because it wasn’t going to solve anything besides mask an underlying hormonal problem, or worse, create further dysfunction in my body.
Since a decade ago, I’ve immersed myself into the science of functional medicine and today I continue to emerge with front-of-the-line nutritional solutions for healing, starting at the root cause.
My in-person private practice in Bucks County, PA and now virtual practice has flourished towards helping women eliminate their digestive struggles, hormonal imbalances, pain and exhaustion.
I find deep joy and purpose in the work that I do because through my own health journey and through helping hundreds of women, I know that the functional nutrition approach does work.
Integrative medicine combines practices of Western Medicine with alternative medicine practices such as use of herbs, acupuncture, and energy medicine.
Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease.

My Approach
Think of a sick tree. You wouldn’t remove its branches or leaves in order to help it, right? Instead, you would focus on the roots and the environment in which they are growing in.
My approach is centered on healing at the root cause. We focus on the connection between the brain, gut, and endocrine system (hormones).
I take your own insights and health concerns and use the latest testing to unravel the mystery of what is causing your symptoms. Then I use an integrative approach for healing which includes diet, lifestyle, botanical medicine, environmental inputs, stress management techniques and more.
I strive to empower my clients to take the wheel and be in charge of their own health. Education is one of the most useful “tools” I provide to my clients because once they know the what to change and the why, they do it confidently!
Kind Words
Audrey’s approach and desire to heal the whole person helped me to get rid of energy crashes, return my menstrual cycle to normal, and understand how to build a nutrient-dense and balanced daily diet. Her enthusiasm and passion for functional nutrition are evident. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a nutritionist.
