Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • 1 date (dried, no pits)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. cacao nibs or 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Chaga (I used OM brand)
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2oz. cold brew (optional)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (I used Designs for Health PurePaleo Unflavored)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a blender until blended smooth.

Notes

Black pepper is added to enhance the absorption of curcuminoids found in turmeric For more of a coffee flavor, add 1 cup iced coffee with 1/4 cup almond milk instead of the cold brew.
