Naturally Sweet Radishes
- 16 oz. bag of clean and cut radishes washed and quartered
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Warm coconut oil in large frying pan on medium to high heat.
- Once oil becomes liquid, add radishes.
- Toss radishes often and saute for about 15 minutes until the white of the radish becomes slightly golden.
Careful to not overcook or they will burn. Toss often!
