Naturally Sweet Radishes


  • 16 oz. bag of clean and cut radishes washed and quartered
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Warm coconut oil in large frying pan on medium to high heat.
  • Once oil becomes liquid, add radishes.
  • Toss radishes often and saute for about 15 minutes until the white of the radish becomes slightly golden.


Careful to not overcook or they will burn. Toss often!
